Today, two Ecosat technicians, Alejandro and Antonio, came to my house. I have to say it was a very good experience. They arrived on time, despite it being a restricted traffic zone, and were quick and very friendly. They replaced a water heater that was under warranty with a new one. They kept the documentation from the last service call, which allowed me to process the request quickly, and the next day the installer was already at my house to replace the water heater due to a leak. Alejandro, the installer, was fantastic. He not only did the job carefully despite the limited space, but he also answered all my questions, explained how the appliance works, and gave me maintenance tips. I hope I won't have any problems soon (like everyone else), but if I have any issues or need a new installation, I will contact them again without hesitation.
